The Brief

Create and manage Sony’s first experiential zone in the new Heathrow T5 building.

Delivery

The Sony experiential zone at T5 was designed to promote Sony’s most exciting new products (some not even available in the UK yet) to the sophisticated passengers passing through the terminal.

Our staffing challenge was to find individuals with the ability to translate complex technical information into user benefits whilst generating excitement and desirability in these high-tech gadgets. 

As T5 had just opened the security requirements for our team were very stringent requiring all of the team to complete CRB checks as well as passing the terminal’s own screening process. All of which required detailed planning from The Staff Republic.

Via careful casting and detailed training we selected our top team of techno-heads who had great fun delivering such an interactive experience.

Results


We achieved our greatest accolade - our Event Manager is now working for Sony training their sales staff about how to sell the emotional as well as the physical benefits of their products!
