Generate awareness of the National Identity Cards launch in Manchester 2009
Educate businesses about the different identity cards that they may be presented with and how the cards will benefit their business
Our solution
We planned a 5 week campaign of live business visits in the Greater Manchester area based around 3 initial working weeks of educational visits and 2 weeks of follow up calls to measure the level of information comprehension among those business owners targeted.
Detailed data mapping and scheduling of the area allowed us to identify business ‘hot spots’ on which to base individual routes for each of our dedicated Brand Ambassadors to follow.
To ensure maximum efficiency of the working hours, the Brand Ambassadors were also given business information packs to pass directly onto business owners. These included posters for their staff rooms to help educate their workers and stickers to identify themselves to customers as being ‘ID Smart’ and accepting of the new national identity cards.
