Delivery
To be successful The Staff Republic team needed to target smokers who were considering quitting. Our venue planning department did some clever work to ensure we would be in the right place at the right time whilst avoiding venue fees. By overlaying demographic information with our own venue database they put together a detailed hit-squad timetable.
It takes a very special kind of Brand Ambassador to deal with this kind of campaign, handle a potentially sensitive subject matter with delicacy and persuade the public to consider changing their behaviour.

Results
Speaking to the right people in the right place delivered 176% over the target for data capture forms and 120% of the target for appointments. This clever approach to hit squad planning also cut the cost of the activity by 2/3rds.
